- Payment methods - currently the main payment method is paypal, or you can send cash(recorded delivery) or cheque (recorded delivery). paypal is preferred as its quicker and safer and all you need is an email address.
- Do you offer refunds or exchanges? - Yes you have 7days to have a refund or exchange your item, the item returned must have the receipt, all tags attached,UN-worn, UN-ironed, odourless, with no stains or damage and in the correct packaging. Faulty goods will be sent back to the manufacturer for testing. buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
- How long will delivery take? - We use Royal mail special Next Day Delivery. Please order before 3.30pm for this service. If you order your item after 3.30pm we will post the following day.
- Ive just ordered my item when will you post it? - We post our items same day if ordered before 4pm. If ordered after 4pm we will post the following day.
- What postage service do you use? - We use Royal mail Special next day delivery, insured upto £500.00.
- Do you ship outside the UK? - Yes we do please check the item for postage costs.
- Are all items on the website in stock? - yes if its shown it will be in stock, the website is updated everyday.
- Do you wholesale your goods? - No we are a retailer not a wholesaler.
- Do i have to register with hiddenlabels to order? -Yes registering is in the order process it is essential so we can match your details to your order and item number.
- What are your postage costs? - postage costs are shown at the checkout section.
- Why don't you stock high st brands ? - we dont stock high st brands as we find them to be boring and not many of the high st brands concentrate on designing edgy or unique prints, the type of stuff that Hidden Labels and its customers like.
- Why do you only stock independent and up and coming street wear brands ? - We tend to stock independent and up and coming street wear brands as each design has its own story and is unique.
- You hold alot of Graphical T shirts, why is this ? - Graphical Tshirts are more interesting to own and wear than a standard T shirt.
- What do you mean by exclusive ? - By exclusive we mean only we stock it, or if its an exclusive design, only we stock that design, or the brand/design could be a rare or one off.
- What do you mean by one off ? - by one off we mean the design on the garment has been printed by hand so no two designs will be the same making each garment a one off design.
- How do you find your one off exclusive labels ? - We search the internet, Magazines, we get people asking us to stock them and just general networking.
- Do you hold of plenty of stock for your designs ? - No, we carry limited numbers of each style this is how we keep the brands exclusive and their designs rare.
- Do you have any exclusive labels yet to come out ? - Yes we have lots of exclusive, and up and coming brands to be shown all with rare and unusual designs. Keep checking every month as the site will be updated frequently.
- I run an up and coming fashion brand, if i send you pictures of my designs will you stock it ? - Send in your designs to info@hiddenlabels.co.uk and head the email STOCK ME. Please send actual images of your products on a model not illustrations if possible and include wholesale info - PRICES,SOR,COD,30 DAYS NET, PRO FORMA with detailed sizing
- Who are you ? are you the owner ? - Yes i am, nice to meet you.
- If i order my item today will it b delivered tomorrow ? - Yes, order your item today before 3.30pm and it will be delivered tomorrow. (Hidden Labels can not be held responsible for postage delays)
- How do i use the discount code? - just simply type the code into the box labelled Discount code and click re calculate and the price will then change and be discounted.
