You have 7 days to return or exchange your item. Underwear can not be returned or exchanged unless it is still sealed in its original packaging. The item returned must have the receipt, all tags attached, UN-worn, UN-ironed, odourless, with no stains or damage and in the correct packaging. Faulty goods will be sent back to the manufacturer for testing. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs. If these terms are not followed your item will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange given.
Postage
Hidden Labels uses Royal mail recorded delivery. This insures your package upto £35.00. All items ordered before 3.30pm will be posted out the same day.
For international orders and orders over £35.00 please send an additional £4.00 to insure your item to over £500.00 (This is optional, we will send your item using our standard delivery unless instructed)
Hidden labels can not be held responsible for postage delays.
